IT Consulting & Auditing

We help you decide what to do with your technology before investing in it: from resolving a specific question or decision to reviewing your whole setup with a structured audit by area (infrastructure, network, backups, workstations, cloud and security). We start by understanding your situation; then we tell you what’s genuinely worth changing.

What does the service include?

What we do within this service line.

  1. Consulting

We help with a question, a decision or a specific project, looking at what options exist and which approach makes sense for your business.

  2. Audit by area

We review by module: infrastructure, network and Wi-Fi, backups, workstations, cloud and security.

  3. Report with findings

Each check has its own result; findings are classified by severity.

  4. Recommendations and priorities

We turn the findings into recommendations, so you understand what’s worth tackling first and what can wait.

The Indaga method

First we understand. Then we build. And we document it.

  1. We analyse

We review what you have and understand what you need.

  2. We prioritise

We separate what is urgent from what matters and what can wait.

  3. We deliver

We build, install or fix what is needed.

  4. We document

What we do is written down and handed over.

  5. We stay with you

Maintenance, support and further development after delivery.

Structured assessment

We review your technology area by area against a checklist fixed at the start. Every check has its result; findings are graded by severity and every recommendation comes with a suggested timeframe.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to your questions about this service

Do I need a full audit just to ask for advice?
No. You can start with a one-off consultation about a specific decision. If what you need is a full review of your situation, that’s the structured audit.
What do you review in an IT audit?
We review by area: infrastructure and systems, network and Wi-Fi, backups, workstations, cloud and productivity, and IT security.
Do you need access to our systems?
It depends on the scope. For some consultations, the information you give us may be enough; a fuller audit may require reviewing configurations, documentation or certain systems. Before we start, we’ll tell you exactly what we need to look at.
What do I get after an audit?
A report with the results of the areas reviewed, the findings identified and prioritised recommendations to help you decide what to tackle first.
Do I have to use Indaga to carry out the improvements you identify?
No. We explain what we’ve found, how important it is and what we recommend doing. Some improvements may fall within other Indaga services, but you decide how to carry them out and who you want to work with.
Do you review data protection?
We review the technical aspects related to data protection (access, backups, encryption, retention). We do not issue certifications or replace legal advice.
When do I need consulting and when do I need automation?
If you’re not yet sure what needs reviewing, what’s causing a problem or what’s worth changing, consulting is the right place to start. If you’ve already identified a process or task you want to reduce, connect or run automatically, Automation & AI is a better fit.
